Hi Seth,

I stumbled upon your youtube video and decided to visit your website. You have some great info there! I’m a 35 year old female and pretty much convinced I’m battling insulin and leptin resistance — but I will win!! I can seriously relate to eating a big dinner and still snacking right up until I fall asleep at bedtime, and wondering WHY on earth am I still eating and why do I find myself eating at night instead of consuming most of my calories during the day. Thanks for this — I am definitely joining your site.

Does this work as fast for women?

Hi Rain,

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Please read my 5/14/08 post for an explanation.

I’ll have a guide soon that will apply to both sexes. “Will Power Won’t Work.” I’ll send you an advance copy.

For now, straighten out your hormones in one of two ways:

1) Three meals per day. No snacking in between.

-or-

2) Basically don’t eat during the day and have a big meal at night.

Also, you can do a combination of the two. One day this, another day that.

Forget all the bull crap that we’ve led to believe about diet. JUST LOOK AT WHAT IT HAS TURNED US INTO!

Our hormones aren’t ready for this constant assault of (basically ground up) food.
