@267Ten days ago I finally felt light enough to get back on the scale. I was a whopping 267. I figure I topped out at 275 or so. All that is behind me (heh, heh) now as I’ve lost a quick and easy 10 and am down to 257 pounds.
After 3 decades of passionate study, the pieces have finally clicked into place! Wow. Finally. I get it. FREEDOM AT LAST.
