@254Can you believe this? Leptin tells our brains that we are full. It shuts off our appetite. OK?

Secondly, Leptin peaks in the evening. We should all be content with a normal-sized, healthy dinner and then go about our business.

So, why the hell are all of us fat people so dang hungry in the evening and we can’t stop eating?

Answer: Leptin Resistence.

This post is not meant to go into all the volumes of scientific research on leptin.

Becoming leptin sensitive again is like the sun breaking through the clouds after a long… It’s freakin’ great is what it is.

First and foremost I want to let you know that it is not your fault. Your body is not working right in relation to food. Your hormones are telling you to eat. Your cells are telling you to eat. No matter how much willpower you have, eventually you will break down and eat. THAT IS GOING TO CHANGE. And that is why people of normal weight will never understand!
