Hi Julie,

We’re both 47. Cool.

The answer to your question is: yes. This is based on 30 years of study of science, anecdotal evidence and archaeological evidence. I’m trying to get the info out in an easy to learn format as soon as possible. The key is to understand that you can’t fight the survival instinct, and that is the level of importance of the message that our brains are getting. “You must eat more or your survival is in jeopardy!” No mere “diet” can overcome this.

When natural appetite returns we come into complete control of what we consume and the affect on our health is immediate and profound.

Just imagine what you’d feel like if you had complete control over everything you put in your mouth! No cravings, no low energy and no insomnia, etc.

If you couple this with boosting Natural Human Growth Hormone (it can be done in about 60 seconds per day) and staying clear of hormonal spikes due to exposure of common everyday items, you may find yourself feeling like you never thought possible.

I’ll have the first training videos up this weekend. And I truly look forward to us working together over the weeks to come to get our lives back. Stay in touch.
