@24628.5% body fat. Yes, I’m still carrying around 70 pounds of pure fat! But the good news is I’m no longer carrying another 26 pounds of it. And I’ve got 5 more pounds of muscle to heft my load.
Listen, if you don’t know: Muscle burns more calories than fat. Maybe not as much as people think. Some have stated it burns 100s of times more than fat. More realistic estimates indicate that fat only burns about 3 to 5 times as many calories as fat.
It is what you can do with the muscle that burns way, way more calories
With more muscle you can move and do things with ease that used to require a lot of motivation.
So, now I’ve lost 5 pounds of fat per week, put on muscle all the while:
sleeping well
losing cravings
breathing/asthma much improved
sex drive/testosterone up
growth hormone (seemingly) up
leptin resistance down
insulin resistance down
This is a dream come true.
I know it will help other fat people all over the globe.
Because it is just not the same as it is for someone who wants to lose 10 or 20 pounds. Although I think this will work for them, too. Everyone needs to have this info.

@267Ten days ago I finally felt light enough to get back on the scale. I was a whopping 267. I figure I topped out at 275 or so. All that is behind me (heh, heh) now as I’ve lost a quick and easy 10 and am down to 257 pounds.
I finally have control of my appetite for the first time since I was in high school.
After 3 decades of passionate study, the pieces have finally clicked into place! Wow. Finally. I get it. FREEDOM AT LAST.
