@247Yeah! The 20 pounds came off so nice. I mean before I couldn’t lose a pound. Well, I could starve myself for a week. Lose a couple of pounds and then let loose a little and overnight balloon back up. This had been going on for years.
All my knowledge of nutrition and foods. All my good intentions. All the reasons I had to lose weight (health, well being, my school aged kids, my wife, self esteem, and on and on and on) didn’t amount to a hill of beans.
I WAS GOING UP AGAINST THE SURVIVAL INSTINCT.
I was craving foods at a cellular level, my brain was not getting the message that I was full; and this added up to my own personal weight nightmare!
Now I enjoy freedom. Freedom from cravings. Freedom from gluttony and it’s associated discomforts. And, at long last, freedom from this fat that I’ve been carrying around. So far I’ve dumped 20 pounds and I would like to declare, here publicly, that I intend to shed 60 more. There’s no doubt about it. And it will be the lightest I’ll have been since I was a teen (30 YEARS AGO!).
TO FAT PEOPLE! All the best, Seth
